Just a quick public heads-up for anyone wondering: the instructions were easy to follow. I didn’t have to guess much, and the directions were simple enough to get through without any hassle.

I ordered a Sauder storage cabinet and, for the most part, the listing was accurate. The color looked basically like the pictures, and the measurements matched what was posted, which is all you can really ask for with furniture online because descriptions are never 100% perfect anyway.

The only reason I’m sticking with 4 stars is that the material felt a bit lighter than I thought it would from the description. That said, once it was put together, it looked nice and works fine for storage. I just think these kinds of cabinets always end up feeling a little different in person than they seem online.

The desk looks good once it’s set up , but the wood feels a little cheap in a few places . A couple of the edges chipped faster than I expected , which was kind of disappointing . It’s working fine for now , I’m just not totally convinced it’ll last a long time ...

I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that was good, but the website itself felt a bit clunky to use. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and a few of the menus had me clicking around for longer than I probably should’ve been. Maybe I’m just used to simpler layouts, but it kind of made the whole thing feel less smooth. Checkout was fine though, no issues there. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not as easy to use as it could be

I bought a Sauder desk and bookcase a few years back, they’ve lasted better than I expected. I mean, they’re not perfect at this point, the finish has a couple little chips, mostly from being moved around, but nothing that really bothers me.
For what I paid, I’m happy with them. The drawers still slide fine, and the shelves haven’t really sagged much. Assembly was, well, assembly was kind of a pain, so I’d take off one star for that, but overall the durability has been surprisingly solid.

I ordered a desk from Sauder and it ended up being just the right size for my small room. It fits nicely without feeling too bulky or taking over the space. The measurements on the site were accurate too, so there weren’t any surprises when it arrived. I’m kinda really happy with how it worked out.

Finished it by myself in about an hour, which surprised me. I bought a desk from Sauder and expected the usual assembly headache, but it was actually easy. The instructions made sense, all the holes lined up, and everything came together without much hassle...

The shipping were kinda slow, not gonna lie, but it did show up eventually. Nothing too bad, just wish it had been a little quicker.

The return was easy enough and everything went smoothly. I did get my refund in the end, but I waited longer than I expected.

I ordered a bookcase from sauder.com and it actually arrived quickly, which was nice. But when I opened it, one of the side panels had a dent and the corner was chipped. The box was beat up too, so I’m guessing it happened during shipping. Frustrating, frustrating.

I ended up putting that side against the wall, so most of the damage is hidden and I didn’t feel like dealing with a return. Assembly was manageable, though a few of the holes didn’t line up quite right, so it took a little extra patience.

For the price, it’s decent and it’ll do the job. I just wish it hadn’t shown up damaged straight out of the box, because that’s annoying, really annoying...

Overall, I’m happy with it. Once it was all put together, the furniture looked really nice. A couple of the pieces didn’t line up perfectly at first, but I don’t think that’s a big deal with this kind of assembly. I just loosened a few screws, shifted things around, and then tightened everything back up until it sat straight. It took a little extra time, but nothing crazy. I’d still buy it again

I was able to find the part I needed, which was good. Shipping did take a little while, so I wasn’t totally sure at first if everything was on track, but it did show up in the end

I had a question about a missing part from my Sauder desk , so I sent them a message kind of assuming I would be waiting a while .

They got back to me the next day , which surprised me . The whole thing was easy too , no annoying back and forth , just asked for the details they needed and handled it .
The part showed up a few days later , and that was it . Happy with how simple they made the whole thing

The furniture itself is totally fine, no real complaints there. But the color online had me expecting something warmer and cozier, and then it showed up looking way more gray in person. Not exactly a disaster, just one of those mildly dramatic letdowns where you stare at it like, “Really? This is what we’re doing?”

The drawers slide really smoothly and the doors line up nicely, which is kind of ridiculous for how little hassle it took to get everything working right. No complaints from me...

These shelves are solid and didn’t cost too much, so I’m happy with them. A friend actually recommended them to me, and I can see why, great value for the price.

It sits nice and even on the floor, and the doors don’t make the whole thing shake when I open them.
